About the Role

Clover Tool Mfg. Ltd is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our precision-machined parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify Machined Parts: Utilize precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify machined parts for conformance to specifications.
  • Prepare Metal Stock: Position, secure, measure, and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining.
  • Set Up Machines: Configure and calibrate machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Accurately read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain Certifications: Possess and maintain Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification.
  • Operate Equipment: Safely operate metal spray equipment and overhead cranes.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment, requiring attention to detail and physical stamina.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and a team player attitude.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in precision machining and metal fabrication.
  • Tool and Die Maker Trade Certification.
  • Proficiency in TIG welding techniques.
  • Experience with metal spray equipment and overhead cranes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and physical stamina.
  • Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and a team player attitude.
