Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1822 YYC Business Centre. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Manage Information Flow: Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Oversee and manage daily tasks, projects, and initiatives to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and optimization of resources.
- Recruit and Hire Staff: Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate team member performance, provide feedback, and develop action plans to improve performance.
- Manage Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and excellent time management skills.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
