Manufacturing Process Engineer

itec group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in the Hamilton region. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes related to welding and machining operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the production of high-quality components.
- Apply lean methodologies to identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes.
- Design and implement welding and machining processes to meet quality and production requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, process optimization, and lean methodologies.
- Past working experience within a fabrication environment (Welding and Machining).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
