Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows
  • Ensure compliance with ISO programs and quality standards
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of production processes and schedules
  • Contribute to the preparation of costing and production budgets
  • Take corrective action to expedite customer requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and meetings
Requirements
  • Diploma, degree, or technician experience in manufacturing processes
  • Five years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in CNC machine shop fabrication and assembly environments
  • Experience with Autodesk Inventor and BOM
  • Knowledge of machine shop, fabrication, and assembly procedures and processes
