Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving our manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO programs and quality standards.
- Utilize Autodesk Inventor and BOM to optimize production planning and scheduling.
- Manage production budgets and take corrective action to expedite customer requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and document maintenance.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in CNC machining and assembly environments.
- Strong knowledge of machine shop, fabrication, and assembly procedures and processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
