Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for process improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows
- Ensure compliance with ISO programs and quality standards
- Manage and maintain accurate records of production processes and schedules
- Contribute to the preparation of costing and production budgets
- Take corrective action to expedite customer requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and meetings
- Diploma, degree, or technician experience in manufacturing processes
- Five years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in CNC machine shop fabrication and assembly environments
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor and BOM
- Knowledge of machine shop, fabrication, and assembly procedures and processes
