About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at 12695430 Canada Inc. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing a team of baking personnel, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the preparation and baking of dough, batters, and icings, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 baking personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Certifications: Baker Trade Certification.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced environment, and meeting tight deadlines. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
