Bakery Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Team Member to join our team at Creek Shawarma & Bakery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bakery Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, inspect kitchen and food service areas, and operate machinery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and manual dexterity.
