Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced baker to join our team as a Bakery Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of our baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet our standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and production staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related industry
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
