Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Supervisor to join our team at 12695430 Canada Inc. As a key member of our bakery operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing a team of baking personnel, and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Oversee the preparation and baking of dough, batters, and icings, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 baking personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that our bakery is well-stocked and equipped to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that all products meet our quality standards, and take corrective action as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Certifications: Baker Trade Certification
  • Language: English
