Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring seamless policy administration, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and carriers to drive client retention and growth.
  • Process endorsements, invoicing, and policy changes, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with agency guidelines.
  • Identify coverage gaps and provide expert advice to clients, ensuring they have the right insurance solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth and develop new opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and legislation, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong knowledge of carriers and their offerings, including umbrella, excess coverage, and valuable articles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and TAM/EPIC systems.
