Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engineering designs, prototypes, and testing procedures to meet product requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze current product offerings to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and increased functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with corporate strategy and competitive goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product development reports, specifications, and documentation.
  • Ensure all products meet or exceed applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Research and recommend new materials, components, and manufacturing processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to sales, manufacturing, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product development and engineering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to USA and international destinations, as required.
