Position Overview
The Winter Beverage Specialist is responsible for crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the conclusion of daily activities. This role involves managing the inventory of wines, beers, spirits, and other supplies, while also overseeing the ordering and restocking processes. The specialist will engage with guests in the lounge and bar areas, enhancing the evening social atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of drinks for lodge visitors.
- Collaborate with the culinary team for optimal beverage pairings.
- Oversee the inventory and supplies related to beverages.
- Handle ordering, receiving, and record-keeping of all beverage sales through the on-site system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support field operations as needed.
- Adhere to safety and health regulations.
- Enforce local liquor laws and regulations.
- Assist guests with their needs during the field program.
Qualifications
- Valid Serving It Right Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
- At least 3 years of bartending experience.
- Experience in inventory management and ordering.
- Background in luxury hospitality or fine dining is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
A competitive daily rate will be offered based on experience, along with vacation pay and potential opportunities for outdoor activities.
