Project Coordinator Job Description

Helical Pile Solutions is a leading deep foundations contractor with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide support to our project leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide execution and coordination support to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deliverables meet project requirements.
  • Schedule meetings and facilitate communication between project managers and stakeholders.
  • Manage project-related inquiries and provide formal responses.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and tasks.
  • Prepare reports and track costs, including change request backup.
  • Prepare and maintain risk registers and gather updates.
  • Maintain project documents, such as the project plan, budget, and scope statement.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years' experience in a fast-paced administrative or coordinator role.
  • Utility construction experience is a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Proven ability to understand construction administration and contract commercial terms.
