Key Responsibilities- Network with entrepreneurs, clients, and prospects to identify business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create action plans aligned with business objectives to ensure growth and retention of current clients while acquiring new ones.
- Exercise credit judgment and showcase analytical, negotiation, and finance proposal presentation skills.
- Mingle with the local business community through networking within various associations and chambers of commerce to develop business relationships and obtain references.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in commercial credit or business analysis and development, with a good understanding of the business world.
- Experience sourcing, structuring, and presenting loans to credit risk management.
- Passion for business development and a systematic and disciplined approach.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and delivering on objectives.
- Strong negotiator focused on results.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
