About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Central Commercial Realty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market research, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies

Develop and implement business plans to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, including conducting market research and analyzing data on consumer buying habits and preferences.

Provide Expert Advice

Provide consulting services to government and other organizations, including providing advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.

Conduct Market Research

Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, as well as conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

Develop Feasibility Studies

Develop feasibility studies to assess the potential for business development in various areas, including conducting social and economic surveys to identify trends and opportunities.

Manage Business Operations

Ensure that all business operations are running smoothly, including maintaining a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell Internet sites, as well as ensuring that all necessary business licenses are in place.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or economics.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business development or related role, with a strong understanding of commercial and industrial business development.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Hours

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
