About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Central Commercial Realty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in rural and urban areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development

Develop and implement policies to promote industrial and commercial business investment in targeted areas.

Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and mentor professional and support staff to ensure effective delivery of business development projects.

Program Administration

Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas, including the development of social and economic profiles to attract investment.

Project Planning

Plan and execute development projects to drive business growth and investment in targeted areas.

Consulting Services

Provide consulting services to government and other organizations on business development and investment strategies.

Market Research

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth and investment.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and present reports, research papers, and other materials to stakeholders on business development and investment opportunities.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
