In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with managing job orders, allocating transportation resources, and ensuring prompt deliveries to various oilfield sites. This position demands excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer job orders
  • Allocate trucks to designated assignments
  • Monitor delivery schedules for punctuality
  • Engage with drivers and suppliers
  • Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in dispatching or logistics roles
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
