Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Task Planning: Develop and implement specific plans to optimize task allocation and workflow.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the optimal functioning of our equipment and vehicles.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of work activities, including logs and inventory management.
