About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Advance DPF Centre. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including responding to emails, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
