Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shoshana's Day Care. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with coordinating projects and events, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
  • Financial Management: Assist with managing our office budget, including preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
