Product Manager

We are seeking a meticulous technical product manager with over 5 years of experience in overseeing products within the realms of digital advertising, retail, or retail media networks. This role will focus on enhancing product strategy and fostering the growth of both existing and innovative new offerings at Vantage.

Vantage is an emerging technology firm poised at a pivotal moment in a $250 billion addressable market in North America, which is undergoing substantial transformation. Retailers are evolving their digital marketing strategies to enhance customer acquisition and explore new revenue streams through retail media networks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the ongoing product backlog and requests from a diverse array of users and internal stakeholders, successfully delivering ambitious projects and objectives across multiple departments.
  • Steer products from ideation to launch by bridging the technical and business domains. Decompose complex challenges into actionable steps that propel product development.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and client teams to advance the creation of the product roadmap.
  • Provide strategic guidance within your product portfolio by maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap and assisting in prioritizing new requests.
  • Maintain thorough product documentation to ensure team alignment and establish a single source of truth.
  • Cultivate competitive and industry knowledge, remain informed about the latest technologies, and serve as a thought leader within Vantage to inform product decisions.
    Occasional international and domestic travel may be required, up to 25% of the time.

HELPFUL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in retail media and/or advertising is a significant advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting platforms is beneficial.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams is preferred.
  • Background in account management or customer-facing roles is considered an asset.
  • Experience in entrepreneurship, project management, and/or UX design is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Jira or other project management tools is a plus.
