Old Toronto, Ontario, Canada Air Tek Inc Full time
About Air Tek Inc

Air Tek Inc is a Canadian-based software company specializing in modernizing the airline industry and addressing its most pressing issues.

Our diverse team is dedicated to automating critical operations processes within airlines to ensure seamless passenger experiences.

Our software has been in production for over six years and is deployed at some of the world's largest and fastest-growing airlines, resulting in significant efficiency gains and customer satisfaction.

During the pandemic, airlines faced increasing operational challenges, driving greater interest in our unique suite of products.

We remain in stealth mode during this phase of our growth, but it's no secret that our team shares a collective passion for solving complex problems, a drive to innovate, and a desire to create a passenger-centric travel industry.

With offices in Toronto and Montreal, our inclusive culture is built on trust, collaboration, delivering a great product, and continuous personal development. We love what we do and support our team members.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to focus on expanding platform capabilities through integrations with 3rd party vendors and service providers, ensuring that new customers are launched with all integration needs met to support critical business processes and core application workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the analysis, compilation, tracking, and efficient execution of customer integration requirements for new launches.
  • Work closely with Delivery and Implementation Managers to capture a full understanding of core customer processes and operational needs, and then in collaboration with Engineering stakeholders, translate those needs into intelligent, scalable solution design and implementation plans.
  • Own the internal execution documentation via Epics and User Stories, and support external documentation by creating feature overview content, and directly supporting Technical Writers in the creation of Help Guides and Release Notes.
  • Manage your slice of the product roadmap through strategic planning and an execution-oriented backlog, constantly prioritizing, discovering, documenting, and grooming.
  • Alongside team leads/Scrum Masters, facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure that work is properly scoped, defined, planned, committed, and delivered.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience.
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business/Commerce, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Experience building out APIs and delivering integration solutions between enterprise platforms and 3rd party systems.
  • Proficiency in ALM software and other tools of your trade.
  • A natural 'owner' - highly motivated, organized self-starter that can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organization and permanent attention to detail.
  • Strong experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in the airline, aviation, or travel industry is a bonus.
