Vendor Coordination:

  • Support the Agile Product Owner in managing the backlog, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing deliverables in collaboration with external vendors and partners.
  • Lead the development of technical and solution designs by applying industry best practices while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Workday Configuration:

  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translate them into efficient Workday configurations.
  • Customize and configure Workday modules, particularly in Learning and Talent, ensuring they align with HR processes and organizational objectives.
  • Implement and oversee business processes, custom fields, calculated fields, and security settings within the Workday environment.

Integration Oversight:

  • Design and manage integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and precision.
  • Diagnose and resolve integration challenges, collaborating with technical teams as necessary.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and maintain tailored reports and dashboards to fulfill HR reporting requirements.
  • Guarantee data accuracy and integrity across all HR-related reports and analytics.

System Enhancement:

  • Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to optimize the functionality of the Workday system.
  • Stay informed about Workday updates and releases, evaluating their implications on existing configurations and suggesting necessary adjustments.

User Training and Support:

  • Deliver training and support to HR users regarding Workday functionalities and best practices.
  • Serve as a primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing enterprise technology platforms (e.g., ERP systems), with at least 8 years of experience specifically with Workday HRIS modules.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Workday features and modules.
  • Relevant Workday certifications are advantageous.
  • Expertise in designing solutions utilizing HRIS platforms.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with architecture modeling and diagramming tools.

Education & Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required, along with five (5) years of relevant experience in HRIS solutions; OR nine (9) years of directly related experience with a high school diploma or GED.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $123,200 - $150,000, commensurate with experience.
