About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at EcoBloc Inc. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and meetings.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including preparing minutes of meetings and seminars.
  • Office Management: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, including planning and developing recruitment strategies.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage training and development strategies, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Research: Conduct research and perform data entry as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs and electronic mail.
