About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team at RK UMMAT DRUGS LTD O/A FRUITLAND PHARMACY. As a Pharmacy Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensure that prescription information is accurate and up-to-date, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
  • Client Information Management: Enter client information into our databases, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Prescription Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of prescriptions, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately priced and easily accessible.
  • Price Management: Price items accurately using stamps or stickers according to our established price list.
  • Labelling and Packaging Evaluation: Evaluate labelling, packaging, and advertising of drug products to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Stock Management: Place stock on shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
