We are a progressive and busy pharmacy looking for a Pharmacist who enjoys the close relationship with clients that pharmacy brings. Our dispensary team has been together for several years and has a strong sense of teamwork and cohesion.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in a multi-site approach to Pharmacy. The successful candidate will work in Hamilton, St Catharines, Dunnville, and Hagersville, and will be responsible for providing patient-centered care and leading our dispensary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of our patients and put them first in all that you do.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your dispensary staff to achieve success and growth.
  • Maintain OCP standards of care and Hauser's processes.
  • Work with your team and management to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • MUST have previous pharmacy experience.
  • Successful candidates MUST be currently licensed Part A of the OCP Register and able to practice in Ontario.
About the Role

This role offers a diverse practice with a small number of compliance packaging, kroll paperless system. You as a Pharmacist are supported with peers across Hauser's stores as well as our management team. We have a great support team of assistants that know our patients.

What We Offer
  • Compensation to be negotiated, good pharmacists are worth good money.
  • Business hours are site specific. Pharmacists are expected to work some weekends.
