We are a progressive and busy pharmacy seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our dispensary team. Our pharmacy is known for its close relationship with clients and a strong sense of teamwork and cohesion.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist to lead our dispensary team. As a Pharmacist at Hauser's Pharmacy, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading and coaching your team, and maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of our patients and prioritize their care
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your dispensary staff to achieve success and growth
  • Maintain high standards of pharmacy practice, including OCP standards of care and Hauser's processes
  • Work collaboratively with your team and management to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Previous pharmacy experience is required
  • Must be currently licensed Part A of the OCP Register and able to practice in Ontario
