Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our multi-site dispensary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading and motivating your dispensary staff, and maintaining OCP standards of care and Hauser's processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate the needs of our patients and prioritize their care
  • Lead, coach, and motivate your dispensary staff to achieve success and growth
  • Maintain a well-run pharmacy by ensuring efficient daily operations
  • Work collaboratively with your team and management to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • Previous pharmacy experience is required
  • Must be currently licensed Part A of the OCP Register and able to practice in Ontario
