Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Application Training Specialist plays a crucial role in visiting client hospitals and clinics to implement our Radiology applications, deliver training to clinical personnel, and support the integration of our products.

Supervisory Duties:

  • No supervisory responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive software training to our clinical clientele (including physicians, technologists, administrators, and managers) and to new or existing internal staff as necessary. Regular travel is required, although some training may be conducted via phone or video.
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot our Radiology applications (along with Windows OS, hardware, drivers, networking services, etc., when needed) at client locations. Regular travel is required.
  • Assist in resolving software and workflow challenges.
  • Support the setup and presentation of lessons during iterations of Intelerad's in-house PACS Administration course for customers.
  • Maintain and enhance existing product and training documentation as assigned.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for our internal Support team regarding proprietary and certain third-party products.
  • Conduct application testing as part of ongoing IntelePACS development release cycles.
  • Demonstrate products to prospective clients independently or alongside a Sales representative (travel may be necessary).
  • Engage in any projects deemed necessary by the organization.

Qualifications

Essential Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in providing technical support and/or training to users (via phone, web, and/or in-person)
  • Ability to work and travel independently or as part of a team
  • Preferred experience in supporting applications within a Windows environment (Win10)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • This role requires up to 75% travel, primarily within North America
