Job Description

Alteo is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to various service and support requests on our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Provide rapid resolution of functional and technical incidents (level 1 and 2) to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Investigate and resolve recurring incidents to prevent future occurrences.
  • Evaluate and present solutions to the Application Manager, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Document customer needs and manage the backlog by priority to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and monitor the progress of deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation to support knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Participate in various tests, including unitary, functional, acceptance, and new version installations, to ensure seamless system upgrades.
  • Comply with internal IT norms, standards, and processes to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise, including log analysis, to support incident resolution and system optimization.
  • Maintain the application support guide to ensure up-to-date knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position, with a strong background in ERP systems and technical support.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS SQL Server, including complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Perfectly bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
