POSITION OVERVIEW

- Collaborate with teachers, families, and external partners to deliver focused assistance to students requiring additional support.
- Enhance teaching methodologies and create tailored learning plans.
- Participate in the development and execution of individualized intervention strategies.
- Track student advancement and foster an engaging educational atmosphere.
- Coordinate a variety of activities aimed at skill enhancement for students.
- Offer academic assistance, including foundational skills and homework support.
- Assist students in managing behavior through effective communication strategies.
- Provide guidance on social challenges and connect individuals with specialized resources when necessary.
- Oversee the supervision and reintegration of students following disciplinary measures.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation, if applicable.
- Keep comprehensive records and compile reports on student development.
- Administer necessary medications and provide first aid as required.
- Mentor and train new staff members while supervising technical support personnel.
