About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Crown Liquor Store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of our retail business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise to customers, handle customer complaints and returns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including supply shortages, customer requests, and complaints.
Work Environment

Crown Liquor Store is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
