About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Aqua Bath & Lighting. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and overseeing the sales process to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer engagement.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the management of merchandise, including inventory levels, stock rotation, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
