About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at BROAD CONSULTANT LTD. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to ensure optimal sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Customer Service: Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Establish and maintain work schedules, supervise and coordinate team activities, and provide guidance and support to team members.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling merchandise and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including supply shortages, customer requests, and complaints.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependability, initiative, and judgment.
Work Environment
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
