Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Maple Leaf Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Arrange training for staff and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse operations and supply chain performance.
  • Team Leadership: Train workers in duties and policies, and lead by example to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, attention to detail.
