Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at East Side Mario's. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, working closely with our culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and plating dishes
- Keep accurate records of food quantities and inventory
- Ensure a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Support the serving team by preparing and delivering food to customers
- Restock refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas as needed
- Participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
