We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Supervisor to join our team at Canada Starlight Education Group Corporation. As an Administrative Services Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Office Administration: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing budgets and expenditures.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
