Administrative Leadership Role

At GRATITUDE IMMIGRATION SERVICES LTD, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team. As an Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures
* Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities
* Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
