Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 1005275 BC LTD. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure that all office administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
