- Work collaboratively with team members to provide outstanding service to clients across various reporting frameworks and industries.
- Offer insightful recommendations and solutions based on current business and financial conditions.
- Plan, prepare, and execute financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, considering budget and resource requirements.
- Prepare diverse tax returns and address inquiries from tax authorities.
- Help enhance our reputation as trusted business advisors in key sectors.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to junior team members on a variety of engagements.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.

Do You Have What It Takes?If you resonate with our values, here are some qualifications we are looking for:
- A completed post-secondary degree or diploma.
- CPA accreditation (CPA, CA; CPA, CMA or CPA, CGA) or nearing completion.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in public practice audit.
- Strong technical knowledge in audit, accounting, and taxation.
- Experience in preparing tax returns.
- A commitment to exceptional client service and relationship building.
- Excellent planning and time management abilities.
- Proven analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to generate and present innovative ideas and solutions.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Experience in mentoring junior staff is an asset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software applications, with a quick adaptability to new technologies.

We are committed to ensuring that our compensation practices are fair, equitable, and competitive. Our current salary range for this role is between $54,000 and $68,000.
