About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our Assurance team in Sarnia. As an Administrative Professional, you will provide administrative support to Partners and staff within the office, covering reception duties, refining and formatting documents, and maintaining accurate billing records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Partners and staff within the office
  • Covering reception duties, including attending to customer inquiries, receiving and routing calls and emails, and maintaining the front desk and reception in an organized and professional manner
  • Refine and format various documents, enhancing their clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate billing records for our Partners
  • E-file tax returns and ensure Partners' lists have been e-filed by the deadlines
  • Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups
  • Other administrative duties as required, including photocopying, filing, mailing/courier, etc.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience or equivalent education, with preference for relevant diplomas or other certificates
  • Receptionist experience in a busy office will be an asset
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven work setting and dealing with confidential information
  • Naturally curious, adaptable, and compassionate person who enjoys taking initiatives and helping others
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
