Your Opportunity

Our Sarnia office is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Assurance & Accounting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing year-end engagements and tax returns for clients in various industries
  • Performing audits, preparing working papers, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients and responding to their needs and suggestions
  • Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicating effectively with team members regarding progress updates and issues
  • Engaging in staff training and investing in the professional development of your team

Your Experience and Education

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • CPA designation
  • At least 3 years of external audit experience in the public accounting industry
  • Strong teamwork, client service, and quality work skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
