Position Overview

NORR is a globally recognized architecture and engineering firm, with a dedicated team of 800 professionals operating across various sectors in Canada, the US, UK, and UAE. Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to comprehend the comprehensive requirements of architectural projects.
  • Create architectural designs that deliver exceptional solutions while adhering to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained across all project phases.
  • Incorporate engineering specifications, site evaluations, and field assessments while complying with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Produce design documentation, including reports, drawings, and models, in accordance with established office standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with construction documents, addressing any discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project deliverables, services, and shop drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality controls.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of MEP and structural systems along with relevant building codes.
  • Completion of a related post-secondary education program.
  • Membership in a recognized professional architectural association is advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant project experience.
  • Experience in public building projects is preferred.
