Project Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team at HOK Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new project opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or equivalent.
  • Licensed Architect with current registration in your region.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural software.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
