About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team at Investment Planning Counsel. As a key member of our campus team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Greeting and Support: Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression of our company.
  • Phone and Email Management: Manage all incoming calls and emails, transferring them to the appropriate teams and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize catering and equipment for meetings and special events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and advisors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the campus team, including preparing correspondence, compiling and distributing meeting packages, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with client information.
  • Calendar Management: Manage corporate calendars of senior leadership team members, booking appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist/customer service role, preferably in a financial services firm.
  • Education: Post-secondary education degree in business, commerce, economics, or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Excellent client service skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment, intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
