Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Campus Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies, managing full cycle student recruitment, and providing an exceptional talent experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with key academic partners, including faculty, career office employees, and students
  • Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop and implement the national campus recruitment agenda
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors, and clients to deliver the campus program
  • Elevate the Firm's image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools
  • Monitor industry and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel during peak periods
