Educational Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Direct and manage daily store operations.
- Plan and organize operational activities to enhance productivity.
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and sales potential.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets while monitoring revenues and expenditures.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Authorize the establishment of key departments and senior staff roles.
- Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies.
- Set objectives and formulate policies to achieve business goals.
- Establish financial controls and approve promotional campaigns.
- Select and empower middle management and executive staff.
- Coordinate operations across various departments.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
- Highly organized.
- Strong team player.
- Minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a managerial role.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to foster an inclusive workplace.
- No Canadian work experience required.
- Offers mentorship and networking opportunities.
- Conducts awareness training to create a welcoming environment for youth.
- Delivers cultural competency training to all staff.
- Facilitates access to Elders for support and guidance.
