Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Patel Supermarket. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales staff, providing coaching and training to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Merchandising: Oversee the merchandising of our store, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the store, including preparing and managing budgets, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and management skills.
