Job Title: Executive Director

The Ontario Municipal Social Services Association is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the organization's reputation and impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and funders, to secure resources and support.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients, including program development, evaluation, and improvement.
  • Manage budgets, finances, and resources to ensure the organization's sustainability.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, non-profit management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful programs and services.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
